Being a Successful Student

To be successful in this class, there are a few things you (as a student) can do.

Bring all materials to class.  This includes your three-ring binder, journal, pen, pencil, and notebook paper.

Listen carefully to assignments and instructions.  Failure to do so will result in a loss of points on assignments.

Turn in all work on time.  Each day an assignment is late it loses 10 points, and you have only 3 days after the due date to turn in an assignment.

Always have a positive attitude.

Study the vocabulary list before the night before the quiz.

Take good, detailed notes.
