  • Stepping with the opposite foot
  • Proper grip/spiral
  • Following through
  • Proper arm position

Catching-

Kicking/Place Kicking-

  • Non-kicking foot beside the ball
  • Eye on the bottom of the ball
  • Follow through with kicking foot
  • Strike ball with laces/toe at the back/bottom of the ball
  • 2-step approach
     

Kicking/Punting

  • Drop ball flat
  • Point toe of kick foot down
  • 2-step approach
  • Eye on the ball
  • Strike underside of ball with laces of shoe
  • Ball should spiral
