1^st time             Verbal Warning with Choices

2^nd time            Complete Action Plan

3^rd time            Written apology to teacher and classmates

4^th time            Note Home to the Parents

5^th time            Sent to the Office

* Severe Disruption    Sent Immediately to the Office
