Classroom Rules 

 

1.  To be late is to be rude.  Be on time!  When the bell rings, be seated and ready to work.

2.  Always be prepared for class.  (text, notebook, pencil, homework, etc.)

3.  The first rule of Mornings is to say "Good Morning" even if it isn't.

4.  Treat others with respect.

5.  Profanity will not be tolerated.

6.  Think critically, read purposefully, and write effectively.

7.  Be Positive!

8.  Participate!

9.  Absolutely no complaining allowed!

10. Be honest!

11. R.I.P. I can't.

 

 

Student Responsibilities 

 

1.  Report to class on time and be seated.
2.  Be prepared for class.  A pencil, text, and notebook are required for class each day.
3.  Respect the dignity and property of every person in the classroom.
4.  Raise your hand before speaking and answering.
5.  Profanity and/or vulgarity will not be tolerated.
6.  All tests, quizzes, and homework assignments must be the work of the student alone.  The use of any note, paper, notebook, or text as an aid on a test or quiz will result in a grade of zero on the said work.
7.  If you are absent, it is your responsibility to complete any assignments given that day.  Contact a friend or the Guidance Office to receive your work.
8.  Be Positive!
